What the job involves
As a Senior Case Management Social Worker, you will manage urgent assessments for adults in need, ensuring risk management and adult safeguarding is effectively embedded within practice. You will maintain high professional standards and support staff, overseeing supervision and work allocation. You will manage a complex caseload, lead complex case reviews, and act as a safeguarding adults manager. You will provide professional supervision, chair meetings and case conferences, and oversee cases awaiting allocation.
