Role
Who You Are
You are someone with experience working with children who are Looked After and can navigate care proceedings. You are dedicated to ensuring the best outcomes for children in care, whether through adoption, foster care, or residential homes.
What the Job Involves
You will work within a service that comprises four teams, focusing on children with a care plan of permanence outside their birth families. Your responsibilities include managing care proceedings, adoption processes, and working with children in long-term fostering and residential settings. You will handle a caseload of approximately 15 Children Looked After.
