Who You Are
You are an experienced Employment Specialist with a background in managing caseloads and supporting individuals facing complex barriers to employment, education, and training. You have a strong ability to provide personalized information, advice, and guidance, particularly to young people with additional needs. Your experience includes working with multi-agency partners and maintaining accurate records in case management systems.
What the Job Involves
The role involves independently managing a caseload of participants who require targeted support to achieve employment, education, or training outcomes. You will provide one-to-one support, including needs assessment, action planning, and job search assistance. You will also engage in outreach activities, maintain compliance documentation, and work collaboratively with referral partners and sector organizations to develop bespoke employment pathway plans. Additionally, you will contribute to program monitoring and represent the Council at various meetings and events.
