The job requires cooperation with colleagues and maintaining a strong relationship with tenants, providing advice and assistance, particularly to vulnerable groups. This role also involves carrying out minor repairs, removing graffiti, controlling weed growth, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Additional responsibilities include using information technology systems effectively and participating in training and development activities.
