You possess excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to provide constructive professional challenge and influence practice. Your commitment is focused on ensuring children's voices are central and their needs are consistently met.
What the job involves
As a Social Worker in Lewisham's Care Resources service, you will undertake quality assurance reviews across all Care Resources services. You will evaluate care standards, monitor compliance with statutory duties, and make evidence-based recommendations to improve provider performance and care environments. You will collaborate with providers to drive improvement, strengthen placement stability, and safeguard children's wellbeing. Additionally, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement and lead a programme of Quality Assurance visits. You will also develop and present reports based on the outcomes and themes from these visits.
