What the Job Involves

This position requires you to undertake social work on allocated cases, either long-term or short-term assessments, while maintaining precise records. You will be responsible for producing various reports and correspondence and ensuring service users understand their rights, including the right to complaint. The role involves compliance with legislation and contributing to the safety and risk management within the team. Participation in duty systems and effective collaboration with internal and external contacts is part of the role. Adherence to the Council's health and safety and environmental policies is essential.
