What the Job Involves
Responsible for undertaking social work on allocated and short-term assessment cases. Maintain accurate records and ensure service users are informed of their rights. Produce case reports for various readerships and ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Address the needs of service users from diverse communities and participate in duty systems. Maintain effective working relationships with other agencies and input data as required.
