What the Job Involves
As the Behaviour Change & Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for delivering effective outreach and engagement functions within Street Environment Services. You will work closely with the Strategic Waste Management team, executing projects aimed at enhancing Council services. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, conducting investigations, engaging with residents, managing waste contamination policies, facilitating community engagement events, and contributing to policy development and enforcement. Your role will demand active participation in waste minimization events, maintaining information systems, and managing internal queries.
