Who You Are
We are looking for a Principal Social Worker to join our fast-paced and dynamic Intake and Assessment team. You should have a strong background in social work, with a focus on well-being and safety assessments, and a passion for leading and shaping practice and performance within the team.
What the Job Involves
Your role will include conducting well-being and S47 assessments and providing short-term interventions to support families in creating safer home environments. You will carry a protected caseload and collaborate with the Team Manager and other practitioners to deliver the Signs of Safety approach. You will have the responsibility of supervising staff and working closely with other agencies to develop services for young people.
