What the Job Involves
This role involves implementing positive changes in the lives of children, families, and carers by utilizing comprehensive assessments and systemic tools. You will lead and manage high-need cases, conduct safeguarding inquiries, and represent the council in court. In addition, you will work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the protection of children and the fulfillment of their care needs, adhering to legal and policy frameworks. Additionally, you will contribute to developing services and policies while managing and influencing changes across networks and communities.
