You are a dynamic leader capable of deputising for the Service Manager in the Youth Justice Service. You possess the ability to develop relationships with partners and ensure a fully integrated support system for children, young people, and their families. With a strong focus on quality assurance, you drive service improvements and manage multi-agency teams to deliver effective and high-quality services. You are resilient, strategic, and committed to improving outcomes for the communities of Sefton.

What the Job Involves

This role involves managing a multi-agency team, providing managerial support, and overseeing the development of high-quality services for children and young people. You will implement the Service Development Plan, support audits, and observe practice. Responsibilities include managing budgets, participating in regional and national forums, developing joint working relationships, and representing the Youth Justice Service at various meetings. You will also manage the delivery of interventions, support the development of policy and procedure, and ensure performance targets are met.
