What the job involves
This role involves meeting the physical, social, and emotional needs of service users as outlined in their care plans, promoting independence, and enhancing living skills. You will support personal care, assist with agreed tasks, and work with individuals to improve daily living skills. Encouraging potential in interdependent living, maintenance of records, and participation in activities and recreational pursuits are essential. You will work in partnership with allied professionals and contribute to a supportive environment while adhering to City Council policies.
