Who You Are
We are seeking Principal Planning Officers with a strong background in managing multiple large-scale residential schemes, approximately 100 units. This role specifically targets the areas east and west of the County, particularly focusing on Harrogate and Malton.
What the Job Involves
The position requires planning professionals to contribute to the successful development of residential projects, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards. Agency staff are expected to spend one day per week in the office and conduct their own site visits.
