What the job involves
Your primary role is to provide efficient, modern, and appropriate administrative and organizational support to the Council’s Senior Leadership Team. You will directly support several Directors, aiding them in managing their divisions, understanding key priorities, and ensuring effective forward planning. The role involves developing strategic relationships within the council to keep directors organized for the day-to-day management of the organization. You will attend meetings to take notes, maintain Directors' schedules, manage SharePoint and other filing systems, draft necessary documentation, and provide cover for Executive Support Manager as needed.
