You are an experienced professional who has been working in social housing for over 5 years. You possess knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes and have experience using Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs). You have a clean driving license and are seeking a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
What the Job Involves
The role includes responsibilities within the social housing sector. Operatives will need to navigate and resolve issues efficiently while utilizing a PDA for certain tasks. The position offers a temporary start with the potential for permanent employment. As an employee of Enfield Council, you will have your DBS costs covered, which can be claimed through your first week's timesheet.
