Who You Are

You are an individual skilled in handling complex legal matters related to Adult Social Care and Education. You possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. You are committed to understanding client needs and proactive in sharing insights with your team.

What the job involves

Your day-to-day work will involve managing a mixed caseload of Adult Social Care and Education matters, including advocacy. You will work under the supervision of more senior lawyers, ensuring timely and effective communication with support staff. Additionally, you will develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Principal Lawyer, other lawyers within the Social Care Legal team, key stakeholders, and client departments. This role requires you to acquire, develop, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business needs and objectives, and to ensure this knowledge is shared with your team.
