We seek a skilled and motivated professional with previous experience in Children’s Services to join our dynamic Enfield Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). As a Family Information and Advice Officer, you are committed to safeguarding children and supporting families within a fast-paced and high-impact role.
What the Job Involves
Working within Enfield MASH, the role is pivotal in managing referrals into Early Help and Children’s Social Care services. You will collaborate with a range of co-located partner agencies to assess risk, share information, and make timely decisions. Responsibilities include conducting MASH enquiries, providing advice, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver a multi-agency response. Efficiency under pressure, accuracy, professionalism, and effective communication are key components of the job.
