What the Job Involves
This role involves providing substantial administrative support within financial systems and processes, including procurement card activity. You'll work collaboratively across teams to ensure adequate coverage for all areas within the directorate, including LADO and Quality Assurance. Additionally, you'll offer word processing services for staff, organize and attend sensitive meetings, and manage follow-up tasks. Your responsibilities also include recording information in electronic social care client records, retrieving files, and other tasks as required by the Business Support Team Leader.
