What the Job Involves
The role involves engaging with adults, families, and carers to conduct strength-based assessments, recommending and arranging equipment and structural adaptations, and demonstrating the use of these to individuals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure optimal service provision and manage a diverse caseload in line with the City Council's standards. Additionally, you will support the development of Occupational Therapy Assistants and students and uphold the council's commitment to equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
