What the Job Involves
You will be part of a stable and committed management group, supervising up to 8 social workers responsible for supporting children with their long-term care plans. Your role involves leading and motivating social work teams, managing risks, and prioritizing tasks effectively in a busy safeguarding environment. You will provide reflective supervision and promote professional development. This role requires working closely with partner agencies, managing complex cases, and facilitating multi-agency collaborations.
