What the Job Involves
This role involves delivering a wide range of routine and complex administrative tasks to support the effective delivery of services within directorates. You will provide business administrative support, manage the delivery of complex repair tasks, and support the design and implementation of administrative systems. Responsibilities include liaising with diverse stakeholders, managing documentation and correspondence, organizing events and meetings, processing payments and finances, and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures. You will also be expected to proactively resolve operational issues and contribute to continuous service improvement.
