What the Job Involves
The job involves promoting children's development in a secure and engaging setting, effectively managing behavior according to procedural guidance, and supporting interventions for children with SEND. You will also provide essential physical care, including washing, toileting, changing, feeding, dressing, and comforting. Your role is crucial in adhering to Child Protection procedures and reporting any concerns to the Head.
