Who You Are
You are an organized and diligent professional with an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You have a current Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and experience in food preparation and kitchen support. You work well under supervision and enjoy being part of a team environment.
What the Job Involves
Your primary responsibility will be to support the Cook in the preparation and service of meals. You will operate the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment, and you're expected to perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks to maintain kitchen cleanliness. You will complete cleaning forms daily and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
