What the Job Involves
As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you will provide outstanding tenancy and leasehold management services, ensuring our estates are vibrant communities. Your role involves engaging residents in neighbourhood management through regular inspections and resolving issues like low-level nuisance and anti-social behaviour. You will support tenancies to prevent homelessness, manage breaches of lease, and be proactive in addressing community needs. Additionally, you will assist with the lettings process, present tenancy data as required, and provide high-quality responses to inquiries from stakeholders.
