What the Job Involves
As a Senior Family Help Support Worker, you will provide comprehensive support through trauma-informed practices to families with complex needs. Your role involves direct work with children and families, conducting whole-family assessments, and developing tailored Family Plans. You'll manage a caseload of complex cases, lead multi-agency meetings, and monitor risks. Working closely with partner agencies, you'll play a pivotal role in service pathways and contribute to team leadership through mentoring and quality assurance activities.
