You will provide leadership, guidance, supervision, and support to social workers and practitioners. You will undertake comprehensive assessments, develop robust care plans, lead multi-agency safeguarding meetings, and ensure compliance with statutory duties. You will also contribute to service improvement, audits, and policy development, promoting high-quality service delivery that advances the welfare and safety of children and families.
