What the Job Involves
To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Street Environment Services team, ensuring efficient delivery of operational and strategic objectives. The role will involve managing documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting service delivery processes related to waste management, street cleaning, and environmental compliance.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post
- File records and maintain electronic or paper filing systems
- Photocopy, fax and scan documents
- Manage and respond to customer requests and complaints
- Take accurate notes at meetings
- Coordinate casework for the service
- Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices
- Undertake data collection for management information
- Issue supplies and equipment following procedures
- Provide basic project management support
