What the Job Involves
This role requires providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Street Environment Services team, ensuring efficient delivery of operational and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include managing documentation, coordinating communication, and supporting service delivery processes related to waste management, street cleaning, and environmental compliance. Daily tasks may involve handling post, maintaining filing systems, managing customer requests and complaints, coordinating casework, processing invoices, supporting management information provision, and basic project management support.
