Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance checks, legal compliance with operational standards, emergency medication administration, and maintaining safety protocols. The role requires detailed record-keeping and direct communication with relevant personnel to address any incidents or customer concerns promptly. You will also be responsible for assisting passengers during embarkation and disembarkation, ensuring all safety equipment is operational and assisting in ongoing service development through training.
