What the job involves
You will be responsible for the comprehensive cleaning of internal and external areas within a designated estate, block, or area. This includes both scheduled and reactive cleaning tasks. Your duties will also involve dealing with fly-tipping and bulky item removal, conducting systematic checks, and maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also report repairs and potential safety hazards, as well as any welfare or safeguarding concerns regarding residents.
