Who You Are
You are adept at overseeing and managing temporary accommodation voids, with a keen eye on contract management to ensure high-quality service delivery and value for money. Your role involves ensuring voids are turned around efficiently to reduce backlog, drafting Statements of Work (SoWs) with the relevant Schedule of Rates (SoR) codes, and acting as a vital point of contact between different departments.
What the Job Involves
As a Void Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the void process from start to finish. This includes contracting management to ensure service quality, swift turnaround of void properties, backlog reduction, and effective communication and coordination between departments. You will also be expected to draft SoWs accurately and assess properties for maintenance issues, including damp and mould.
